Before you can join, you must read and agree to these terms and conditions. By joining this site, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, and are agreeing to be legally bound by them. This agreement is subject to change by GMBill.com at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this site without notice upon each subscriber.

      By accepting these terms and conditions, you are agreeing that you have a computer system that is within our minimum specifications.
  1. Legal definitions
    “Member” or “Membership”, as referred to in this document shall mean: The subscriber or User of a valid username and password (User-id) for the site during the term of membership.”Client,”, as referred to in this document shall mean: a business partner of GMBill.com for which GMBill.com provides a billing service.

    “Site,” or “The Website”, as referred to in this document shall mean: A Client of GMBill.com.

    “The Service,” as referred to in this document shall mean: the duration of the Subscription, including access to materials on the Website.

    “Subscriber,” as referred to in this document shall mean: The End-user, Consumer, of the services of the site and holder of a valid username and password (user-id) for the site.

    “User-id,” as referred to in this document shall mean: The combination of unique username and password that is sold by GMBill.com and used to access the site. A user-id is a license to use the site for a period of time that is specified.

    “Rebill (Rebilling, Rebills),” as referred to in is document shall mean: where a credit card is automatically debited for an agreed upon amount each agreed upon period (e.g. five dollars every 31 days).

  2. Description of services
    GMBill.com provides a billing service only; whereby people can choose to pay for goods or services via GMBill.com but where GMBill does not actually provide those goods or services. GMBill does not provide any other goods or service other than this.
  3. Billing
    “GMBill.com” will appear on your credit card billing statement for all charges made.
  4. Automatic Recurring Billing
    Some GMBill.com Clients may offer an automatic rebill function. GMBill.com requires that its Clients clearly indicate if this applies to the subscription the Subscriber is applying for. The Subscriber is responsible for any charges incurred from rebilling subscriptions.Subscribers can at any time log in to GMBill.com to (a) see if their account is of a rebilling type, (b) verify the next rebilling date, (c) cancel Rebills (see below).It is the responsibility of the Subscriber to cancel this Rebilling function seven (7) days before the date the Rebill is to fall on. The Website may choose to waive this period, however the Rebills must be cancelled by the same hour as the hour of joining, or the debit will occur and will not be refundable.The maximum Term of this agreement is 100 months.Rebills can be cancelled by:

    • Logging into GMBill, and clicking the Cancel Rebills button
    • Contacting GMBill staff via the online form

    Rebills may not be considered cancelled until Subscriber has received an email from GMBill confirming such. It is the duty of the Subscriber to ensure this email has been received from GMBill by the Subscriber before Rebills can be considered cancelled.

    GMBill will issue a Rebills Cancellation Confirmation Number that the Subscriber must keep, and supply, should there be any queries regarding Rebills.

  5. Electronic Receipt
    Subscribers will receive by email an electronic receipt of subscription being approved. It is the duty of the subscriber to maintain this receipt for the duration of the subscription. It will be required should any queries need to be addressed by GMBill.com.
  6. Banning
    If you request cancellation or request a refund (“chargeback”) from your bank or card issuer due to unauthorized or fraudulent use, GMBill.com can at its discretion, to prevent further unauthorized use, block your account or card from use at all of GMBill.com’s Clients. GMBill.com may share this data with other financial institutions and Internet Billing Providers.
  7. Refunds
    GMBill.com encourages Subscribers and Clients (Websites) to resolve disputes regarding refunds. Should GMBill.com be involved in a refund dispute, GMBill.com will contact both parties, and resolve matters that it deems fair.GMBill.com will not offer refunds for change of mind, or for refunds that are explicitly legislated against in the refund policy of the Website.GMBill.com regularly audits the refund policies of its Clients’ websites.It is the responsibility of the Subscriber to ensure they find the refund policy acceptable before purchasing a product or service.
  8. Severability
    If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If a court finds that any of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid or enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.
  9. Notice
    Notices by GMBill.com to Subscribers will be given by email. It is the responsibility of the Subscriber to regularly check the email address specified upon joining of the website, to keep GMBill appraised of email address changes, and to ensure the email address supplied is kept operational and free from any event that might cause “bouncing”. The Subscriber can contact GMBill.com to inform them of address changes. Subscribers should not assume until they receive a confirmation message from GMBill.com.If the Subscriber’s email address becomes invalid, or in-operational, the Subscriber agrees not to hold GMBill.com liable for any expenses incurred on a Subscriber’s account (for example, rebilling when a cancellation notice goes un-received by the Subscriber).Notices by subscribers must be given by email, or forms made available on the GMBill.com website. All questions, complaints, or notices regarding the site to GMBill.com may be directed to GMBill.com.
  10. Privacy
    It is the responsibility of the Subscriber to read and understand the Privacy Policy made available on GMBill.com’s website. By agreeing to this document, the Subscriber understands the Privacy document, and agrees not to hold responsible GMBill.com for any issue arising from use of personal information. The Dutch Tax Authority (Belastingdienst) requires Dutch businesses to hold financial information for seven years, so deleting account information is not possible before that time has passed.
